John Williams Bloemfontein PATHETIC ALFA SERVICE

My Car was booked in for a service at JOHN WILLIAMS BLOEMFONTEIN. A wiper blade arm was moved on fitment of wipers - No logical reason why. This damaged my Bonnet. The dealer on my next visit moved the arm to the correct position, however the scrached bonnet was not repaired. There after, the car car was in their shop about another 5 times incuding a 2 week stay over to try and detect a fault. In this time although the repairs were promised it was never repaired. <br> Brian Botha sent the following in a mail \ Unfortunately my technicians are not 100% fami**** with the Fiat and Alfa brand.
