Jeep part

About 4 weeks ago I order a part for my Jeep from above company.I send them the vin number and pictures of the part.They gave me a qoutation of R820, a few day later the part arrive but it were the wrong one. They told me that the part number where wright but the warehouse send out the wrong part, they will send it back and let me know when the correct part is there.Last Monday I did not heart a word from them, After a couple of e-mails they told me they still waiting for the werehouse to get back to them. This past Monday I send Theuns a mail again, well more than one mail, which he rep**** to me that the thing will be solved that same day. He only got back to me yesterday, say that the part number on their side were faultly against the part and that part will now cost me R5700-00 instead of the R820-00.I told him that is unexceptable and they must sort out the problem yesterday and I will only pay the prize as they have qouted me at the beginning.He told me that he will sort it out, but nothing happend and my verhicle is still standing.This morning he came with all sort of excuses that he is waiting for th werehouse to send him pictures and all kind of excuse. gave till 12 today.
