Do not service you car with them!

John William LHP Bloemfontein is the reason why my car is now out of its service plan. I waited four months for them to finish my cars 2nd year service. They did not even complete the service history in the car booklet and changed the service alarm to November the next year. I believed they knew what they were doing and trusted them with my car....but when my car had to go for its 3rd service on the alarm they setup I was informed that it was now out of its service plan??? How should I know the end of my service plan if it is not written in the booklet where it should be?? I informed them on this matter and their respons after 3 months was “there is nothing we can do”. I would not recommend this dealer, not only are they *********** but they do not even try to assist customers with problems they caused. I will leave this matter with the consumer board.
