Customer abuse and poor service.

My Mercedes went in for Aircon repair on 18 February 2021,I was called to come in to John Williams Motors Welkom workshop to observe a wire that was disconnected, they claimed that it was a Rat that was responsible, myself and my wife, and George and Shaun and the Manager observed the broken aircon wire, but there was no proof of any Rat activity in the engine as agreed by all parties. The same day I called out Pest Control to my house to do a inspection of my Garage and outside buildings, no proof of any Rotant activity could be observed, to be 100% sure five rat baiting station was placed out, not a single bait station had any sign of activity from 18 February to 23 February 2021,proofing that there is no rats in my Garage, and no proof of any Rat activity what so ever in the engine, jet I was charged thousands of rands just to reconnect the wire. This is blatant abuse, and phathectic service. I want the amount paid to be refunded,John Williams Motors Welkom must cover the charges under Warranty or motor plan, my car has only 70626 kilos on the clock.
