Bunch of liers. Service unacceptable

On 29 October after waiting and fighting for 3 months with the dealership John Williams Langenhovenpark for wheel bearings, it was eventually replaced By John Williams motors. On 3 February 2021, I was stranded in Kroonstad. Got letter from tyre company that bearing is faulty. I called Ronald who promised that Welkom branch would fetch the car the next day. Next morning I called Ronald who said the mechanic was on his way. He ****. At this moment The car is still where I left it. I am **** to for so many months. Most unreliable company and the service is Terrible and full of lies. It is totally unaceptable. On 2nd Febr car was booked in at John Williams motors after complaining that I did not have flikkers, wipers and headlights. When I got there at 5h30, the mechanic did not even knew why car was there. I never experienced such pathetic service in my life. I wonder if they will have the decency to call me back. Do not make use of their service. They only attend to you when they want sales or make money out of clients. When it comes to service delivery, you are ignored.
