ASX rattle and returned with grease marks on the r

We complained about two rattles in a new Mitsubishi ASX. It was returned without the problem being fixed. The rear lights were also faulty and the sales person argued about this, and had a bad attitude about it. After the car was returned for the third time we received it back with grease marks on the roofline inside, and the new car manager (Wian Bonthuizen) was extremely rude about attending to the problem. And accused us of being arrogant. The initial rattles are still not fixed. (This compliant is on behalf of my fianc?, Gerda Erasmus who bought the car from John Williams Bloemfontein)
