Utterly disappointed with John T Polokwane

I took my car to John t wheel alignment in polokwane to have them fit in wheel bearings(bought brand new from limpopl Toyota) on my car. That was done, on the following day there were excessive sounds coming from the"bearing "area. I went to them and I was told that I was given defected bearings which was now the problem. John T is not interested in meeting me halfway or compensating for my wheel bearings which they messed up and claim that Toyota had given me defected. I need to have this taken further.
