In short, when I approached the company to manufacture boxes for us a a low start up quantity, they advised that they can take on the work. When it came to our art work being printed on our boxes, their supplier that they use for printing (a graphic designer) could not even operate his own graphic design system, I had to teach him what to do. I then received a "snotty" email from John Rob Packaging not to contact their suppliers as they are now upset. I would be embarrassed if my client had to teach my supplier how to do their jobs! In short, all of a sudden they cannot do the work anymore and are forcing additional costs down my throat because now all of a sudden the quantities are too low, this after they quoted on my quantities and I accepted their quote and sent a purchase order! A month wasted with this company and nothing done.
