No respect for customers, bad service for a pricey labour

We hired a builder to do our boundary wall. He took us to his home where we saw a design we loved and wanted the exact samething. Quotation was done which was pricey but we took it anyway thinking that everything that was to be done was included in that quotation. The quotation was divided in 2, 1 is the front and the other is the back yard. We had concrete slabs, we told him to please try taking them out properly coz we will sell them or give them away. They broke some of them including poles. They damaged a pipe that's connected to the water meter and he said we will have pay for those things and the labour will be free and we did, his reason was they didn't know about any pipes and they will need to get someone to show them where are the water pipes. We asked him that we wanted the driveway gate to be more opened about 3.6m, the height in front of the wall to be 1.8m and on the side 2.1m. Only the side that's 2.1 the rest he didn't do. He started the job middle of March 2021, new costs pop up which he didn't mention, he comes as he pleases and his money is paid, we have proof of payment for labour and material. His money keeps getting higher and higher. He was suppose to come he didn't this whole week no explanation, last week he didn't come no explanation after few days he called and he wanted money that was left for his labour and we didn't pay him. We called him yesterday he said he'll come today, he didn't show up and again no explanation. Please help us
