Poor workmanship on vehicle

I have had a terrible experience where the panel beater did a poor job at fixing my car. It is now for a second time that I have complained with a similar problem which was supposed to have been fixed the first time. I was contacted by them to again bring in my car so that they can assess it on what is wrong again, but I told them that this cannot be at my expense again as I have to make a 90KM return trip and also take a half day at work in order for this to happen. It has been over 2 weeks where I was promised that management will look into my matter and I have still not heard anything from them to this very day.
