Complaint regarding poor service from panel beaters

Good day My name is Victor Sebothe, I trust this email finds you well. I'd like to report the unsatisfactory treatment I'm receiving from the John Morrison Panelbeaters in City and Suburban. John Morrison help me to panelbeat my vehicle it was with them for almost two month and finaly it was panelbeated after they fixed it, they failed to test the car to see if everything was well, after the vehicle was given to me there were so many faults in the vehicle, they didn't adjust the door panel well because when the car is in motion the is air which is coming inside the car. I send them an e-mail and I was told to bring back the vehicle again but even after the vehicle was brouht back still there are fault in the car and they are claiming that they have repair the vehicle but is not fixed.
