appalling service

Today i went to collect my vehicle , and to my surprise the vehicle is dirty and has acquired more dents , it looks like it was rained on my mud and hail . The badge was still damaged , the paint job was terrible , it has stones inside the paint . I'm beyond frustrated , they don't even bother to keep you updated ,
