Do business with them at your own peril

The most unprofessional rude individual (Charmaine) I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with in a career that spans over two decades. This organization gives themselves out as property management agents. An overdue water and electricity bill in the name of the body corporate to the tune of 100 K was linked to my property, delaying its sale. I approached them ,as management agent responsible for the overdue account, in a rational and calm manner to resolve this and was screamed at from a dizzy height. Charmaine refused to give me the trustees/chairperson's contact details to resolve the matter and I was told that all written complaints will go through herself. Arrogant, rude. Avoid this agency at ALL COST
