Tombstone from John Graveyard innovations - tombstones | Granite | Funeral Cover that never arrived!

In 2021 June 18, I paid R7795 for my mother's tombstone that was going to be delivered at home in Bhamshela in a months time. I waited and waited but nothing was showing that it will be delivered soon as promised. Lockdown hit and soon after Lockdown, I went to their office that was in KwaMashu and found that it closed. I phoned them a couple of times and managed to get ahold of one lady who used to work for them and she told me they closed and they have offices in Gauteng. I then started phoning them and everything they would promise that they will deliver before the end of that month. Up until now I've been phoning and ended up telling them to bring me back my money but they kept on saying the tombstone will be delivered.
