Pathetic service from John grave yard

Had a funeral policy with them since 2021, their service is pathetic, no communication what so ever I need to constantly call them and ask them about by R2500 grocery voucher and head stone.. Don’t even go for them unreasonable and always have excuses…. Dakalo is the worst customer service agent or what ever position she holds there
