worthless app

Bad service and no use for the john dory's app. i was at john dory's with friend 2 weeks ago. after paying i gave the bar code of my app for the waitress she wrote it down on the slip and notified me she will load the amount in immediately. the amount was never loaded to my app. i didn't think much of it because i had no proof because she took the slip for the bar code. 2 days ago i went to john dory's again and the same thing happens... so whats the use i go to john dory's especially to use the app but they never load it.
