Worst service ever

Worst customer service ever. We went to bay west mall in Port Elizabeth and received the worst service ever. Firstly after ordering drinks the waiter brings out a glass that looked so dirty. When we asked for a different glass we were told the glass just has scratches from wear and tear. Our waiter expected us to just accept that but none the less we asked for a different glass and received it. When the rest of the family joined we placed the food orders. The portions were so small compared to potions we received at other John Dory restaurants. The food wasn't even prepared well. There after one of the family members noticed the manager staring at us this made us very uncomfortable. The only thing we could think of was wether we were being starred at was based on the mixed race of our family or some other racial readon. We ate, paid and left to never return again.
