Worst Restaurant experience ever

Food quality was shocking. Starter was so bad, it was inedible. Mains were also bad. Medium steak was so raw, couldnt be eaten. King prawns were smaller than I have ever seen in a restaurant and so overcooked they stuck to the shells. The management even **** in an apology and have now given up. R800 for 3 people and we went away hungry. The service from their customer care centre was just as shocking.
