Worst meal ever

I went to you resturant in Secunda and ordered hake & prawns with the mussels add on, I asked Mello to bring me extra garlic butter. When my food arived the prawns and mussels was under cooked that I could not eat it, the garlic butter was garlic in oil instead of a butter. When I asked for the manager he was out and the Pilot system was down so I had to wait another 30min for Mello to bring me a hand wrotten bill with no details on it except the prices of everything I had. I an extremely dissapointed as I use your resturants regularly to entertain clients.
