Worst experience ever

On the 28th of November my family and I went to John Dorys at springs mall in Springs....with us being great Sushi *****s very often go to John Dorys on a wednesday......however our last visit was more than dissapointing....we walked in and were seated and waited almost 20 minutes to get a allocated waiter even after asking a passing waiter if he could help us or if someone could help us .....no one responded until approaching a manager with sincere frustration......eventually a waiter helped us .......we ordered a whole lot of Sushi as well as a cooked meal...ofcourse with understanding its a wednesday night Sushi is selling fast and its end of the month......waiting up to an Hour and a half for food to arrive we recieved our Sushi .....being so dry and clearly coming across as old sushi from earlier in the day nothing was fresh .....my Girlfriend ordered a starter that she only recieved after our sushi was done ....and for a Wednesday night being a sushi frenzy waiting for a started that is not sushi to take up to almost 2 hours is utterly dissapointing and being customers that paid R900 for the meal the food and service was absolutely disgusting......and for a night where 3 managers where on the floor not 1 was interested in addressing customers........very dissapoiting service
