Worst experience at a restaurant

<p>We just had the worst experience at John dorys in Suncoast casino, when we arrived we asked for a couch seat,there was none available, as soon as one came available we went to sit there,a waiter approached us and asked us to wake up cause the couch seat was reserved for another customer. We then had to move to another table. We called the manager to explain the situation and she said that the waiters are not allowed to reserve seats for customers. We were very disappointed and embarrassed to have to wake up in front of a restaurant full of people. The waiter did approach us afterwards and she made no attempt to apologise and she still gave us attitude. We will not ever come back to this restaurant after being humiliated and after receiving such bad service.</p>
