Worst Customer Experience John Dorys Golden Horse

John Dorys Golden Horse Casino, PMB!! We experienced absolutely abysmal service at this branch. A planned family dinner turned out to be an evening full of frustration. We received some of our meals over an hour after being attended to. The meals came in dribs and drabs. The last a full 105 minutes later. The service was pathetic. The menus remained on our table, we had to clear our own plates, we even had to wait for the bill. We were told there were no chopsticks for sushi but other tables were given. The manager was no where to be seen. We sat there for over 2 hours and not once did he/she visit our table. The waitress seemed to be doing us a favour by attending to us. One order wasn't placed in the kitchen as according to the waiter we didn't place it but miraculously brought the the food out 2 minutes later. Not once did the waiter even check on our table. One of our worst customer experiences ever. Highly doubtful that we will visit this branch again.
