Worst branch available

John dorys at the Springs Mall has to be by far the worst. Not only did my partner and I received sour milkshakes upon arriving but after advising the staff and asked to receive a replacement, again we received sour milkshakes. Good was not prepared well as most of it was either not cooked enough or overcooked to nearly burnt. The John Dorys restaurant at the Springs Mall is a disgrace to the franchise.
