WORST BRANCH

What a ********** experience at John Dory's Summerstrand in Port Elizabeth.

After waiting an eternity to be served, waited an additional half century to receive my sushi. It is understandable for sushi nights to get busy BUT on this particular day, the branch was quite empty.

Received the wrong order on top of the poor service.

It gets worse where management is involved... I left a complaint on the branch Facebook page (26.12.2018) and was requested by the management team to provide my contact details. Left my details and followed up the following week. I have yet to hear from them.
