Worse quality food

I ordered The Big Catcher Platter off Bolt Food. What a disappointment, poor quality all round. The calamari still raw suppose to be deep fried but as you will see in the pictures its not. The fish oily, batter not fried properly and the hake itself inedible. Rice still slightly hard and prawns dried out. As a regular customer this is the worse ever i have tasted from John Dory's N1 City
