Went to John dory's on 11th march

Went to John dory's on 11th march. Got the R99 9prawn special. Have been there a few times before nobody ever mentioned about app or club card points for one's birthday. Three ppl saw me. Wilson to apologize for the above. The waitress and a lady for the app BEFORE my meal. Whilst eating NOBODY checked on me. It was my birthday so I didn't want to make a fuss or stir up problems. Rice was absolutely hard and dry. 4 to 5 prawns were mushy and had a funny taste like they were stale or not well done. I spoke to Wilson a few days ago. Came back saying the area manager checked on me during my meal. Bunch of lies. To now im still waiting for the area manager to call me back as Wilson could do nothing!! Very poor service indeed
