Unhygienic and Bad Customer Service

Went to John Dory’s at Westgate (Roodepoort) with my friends for dinner, the food was cold, the waiter didn’t listen and doubled my order and I had to pay for that, and there’s ****roaches, I sent them a message on their Facebook page telling them I’m not happy with their service and they just read it and didn’t respond.
