Unhappy customer

On 05.09.2018 my sister and I visited John Dory's at Liberty Midlands Mall for supper. The service was pathetic! We waited for over 30mins to be served by the manager. The store was not even that busy. Waiters/Waitresses were standing around. Once the manager asked for our order we gave him a starter order and requested the bill as we were so unhappy. We received our starter meal and then waited another 15mins to get the bill. We eventually went to the till to pay. The waitress at the till did not even know our table number so we spent another 8mins for her to locate the number! to proceed with payment. I am a huge John Dory's fan but sad to say we will not be visiting the one at Liberty Midlands Mall.
