undercooked hake

<p>Bought the Tuesday double hake & chips special and my hake wasn't cooked enough. I even cut through the thickest part of the hake just to make sure if it was properly cooked or not and just by looking at the texture I could tell that it was a bit undercooked. A perfectly cooked/grilled/fried hake should be opaque (not translucent like when it’s raw) and it should break easily into flakes when you nudge it with a fork but mine still had the batter it was raw and it didn't break. Anyway I was at the mall today, I passed by & I told them about my hake but they have zero customer service. I'll never set foot at John Dory's Riverside Mall.</p>
