Unappetizing food and pathetic service

On the 8 Dec we decided to have lunch at John Dory.It was wedding anniversary so wanted to make it special. We arrived at 13h30 and at 13H35 my order was taken and our drinks arrived at 13h40 .At 14h25 our menu had still not arrived so I queried with the waitress ,she mentioned it will be ready in 10 min time ,without and explanation I then asked for manager who arrived 5 minutes later stating someone had mixed the orders ,5min later my patience had run out ,I confronted the manager, the food was delivered to our amazement it seemed like it was prepared by a ten year old kid , prawns were dry and tasteless ,rice was overcooked ,calamari was dry ,the meals were bland and unappetizing ,to some it up a dogs breakfast in a nutshell ,we left the food with and paid the bill . I requested the owners contact details to which I was refused by manager ,he took my details and mentioned the owner will contact my ,a week.as gone but to no avail . Pathetic service
