Terrrible Service

<p>I took my family to the Suncoast restuarant on the evening of the 12th of April 2017 for sushi. Placed our small order of basic sushi variations and almost 30 minutes later still no food. I enquired twice during this time and was advised that they are bringing it out but the food did not come!! Other patrons received food before us although they got in after us!!! We got up and left and the hostess called the manager to assist. I told him about the long wait and poor service and he advised that they are busy and the waiter should have told me that there is a delay. Excuses and passing the buck with no genuine interest to assist. I advised that we were hungry and could not wait any longer. He wanted us to sit back down so he could bring the food out??? Why was it not served already?? Told him no thanks and walked out and he did not bother.</p>
