Terrible service and cold food

<p>Went to John Doreys at Montecasino and had a really bad experience. We battled to get served then the food took around 1 and a half hours to arrive in which time our waitress was MIA. When the food did arrive, only half of it came, they got the orders wrong and it was cold. It really was unacceptable, there was no manager to be seen and I for one will not be going back to any John Doreys ahytime soon.</p>
