Terrible service.

Hi. I've been to your branch at Suncoast today. We purchased a few dishes from the menu. We order 12 queen prawns and another dish consisting of king prawns. When we received the order, we noticed that the prawns where the same size. We questioned about the size of the prawns and the response from the manager was " they made a mistake". The 2nd response was that they mistakely mixed the king and queen prawns together. We are regular customers at the Suncoast branch. The question needs to be asked is that"how many customers that are being served with these size prawns and not complaining "?if we didn't order king and queen prawns, how would we know the difference and if we kept quiet, we would have paid for the wrong dish that we ordered.
