Terrible service!

<p>Our family decided to eat at John Dory's Somerset Mall on Sunday based on the specials advertised around the children playing area. The Graca Wine is one of the specials we ordered. The wine only came to the table after the children started eating their food already and we where told that they ran out of wine glasses we had to drink out of champagne glasses. The restaurant was not nearly full I could only see one table using wine glasses so was the rest dirty? The one champagne glass was cracked so we requested a new one from the waiter and we are still waiting on her to return to out table with the new glass. My husband and I shared a glass untill he finally walked to the kitchen to ask for a clean glass. (Champagne glass again) We ordered the special with the calamari & prawn no one asked us if we wanted it grilled or cajun, what sauce we would like, chips or rice they just asumed so we ended up getting everything we didnt want. The adverti*****t also reads calamari heads and tubes, both of us only received 5 tubes in our pan. Never again! </p>
