Terrible Overcooked mushy prawns

My family and I recently went to John Dory's in Cornubia, we ordered the family platter and some other dishes. The prawns were terrible, the sauce was different and the prawns were rubbery, mushy and overcooked. The service was also bad, we had spoken to our waiter and asked him if the sauce was changed and he said no. After complaining, a different waitress brought our food back and she said they are using a different sauce, the food was still terrible after they brought it back, rubbery and mushy, the Manager never came to check up after complaining twice, we paid in full for prawns that were not edible and left.Highly disappointing and don't ever want to go back. A waist of money.
