Terrible food and service

We went to John Dory's Eastrand mall, we had the mosts useless waitress ever, she didnt tell us about any specials, didnt bring the complimentary prawn chips and had no idea about any wines they have.

I ordered the kingklip Thermador, I sent it back twice the fish was cold and still raw. The manager just said sorry about the hick up.

On the third attemp I didnt even want to eat anymore, I took a take away and when we got home, I wanted to eat and again the fish was raw.

I dont even think they made new food im sure the kept sending the same food.
