Terrible experience

<p>On two occasions my boyfriend received an SMS from John Dorys in Bluff stating that a R100 voucher has been added to our card in the event that we eat for R400. On both occasions as we were paying, we were informed that our card didn't reflect any voucher. We showed the staff the SMS as proof of the voucher still being valid and they ignored it. It is really disappointing that a restaurant would inform customers of vouchers just to lure them in and then tell them there's no such voucher. </p>
