SUNCOAST JOHN DORY'S NEVER AGAIN!

My worst experience ever!!! Poor Pathetic customer service! On the 30 November 2019 i took my entire family (10 people including my self) To John dory's Suncoast in Durban. We sat out side waiting for around 20 minutes but i saw people of other race coming after me and were been seated, to my family and i it seemed ******! When we got in and an indian guy which i think was the manager took our order, we order starters which was squid heads when this came through you could practically count how many squid heads were in the portion! When i spoke to this Indian guy and told him this is not the experience John Dory's give customers because i visited Gate Way branch and his reply was there is nothing he can do and that the portion and he walked away totally disrespecting myself and my family and left us unattended the entire time with out checking up on us, We needed water i had to practically get up myself and help my self!!!! I will never recommend John Dory's Suncoast branch to anyone and will never go there again
