Steel wool in fish

I went to have dinner with my husband and daughter. I found a peace of steel wool stuck to my fish. I called the waiter and made her aware of the matter . Her response was "Ma'am, you probably have the same things at your house, it's not like there is an insect in your food". I paid my bill and left the damn place. I was disgusted and appalled to even try to justify the matter. I was insulted and I will never set foot in that place again!
