Sorry it's a busy night!

<p>JD Ballito was my worst JD experience. We were served cream spinach with blobs of uncooked flour. When we alerted the floor manager he took it awAy and brought it back on a new plate. My daughters meat was cold in the centre. The batter of the onion rings was also uncooked inside. I thought I should share my experience with the manager who was firstly shocked that the meat was cold and secondly admitted that I was not the only complainant on the spinach but unfortunately it was a busy night for the kitchen. If there were other complaints then why was the dish still being served? I was asked to come back another day so that they could make up for the pathetic food and service but they will not cover the entire cost for their invitation to me. What a sly way to make more money out of me. If they really regretted then it could have been compensated for the same instance. I paid full price for the worst meal to date. What a disappointing night out. Ate at Bierra Alta Ballito few nights later and had an amazing meal for half of what I paid at JD. And to think that I actually opted for JD previously thinking that BA was too expensive. JD Ballito a nightmare.</p>
