Shocking Service - John Dorys, Florida Road, Durban

I went to John dorys florida road, durban to have breakfast this morning.

I request the 3 course special. I was advised that they don't have that and they are only serving breakfast.

I ordered a breakfast and asked for white bread to which they said they only have brown bread. I asked for the manager who came to me and said that John Dorys does not offer the 3 course special any longer. I advised her that I have it everyday at John dorys Suncoast casino.

She had to phone them to confirm that. Which they did.

I asked for her name and number to lay a complaint and she refused to divulge the information. I asked for the owners name and number and she refused to give it to me.

She then commented that I came there just to fight. Now, is that how a customer gets spoken to or treated at a huge franchise such as John dorys?

She continued to pass comments even when I got up and left the franchise.
