****roaches

Good day, John Dorys cornubia is absolutely pathetic!!!!. There was a ****roach that ran on my hand and around the table, it was my brother's birthday and we booked a table for 20 people on Sunday the 17 April 2022 for the 19th of April 2022. The was cake laid on the table and here goes this ****roach that runs on my hand and around the table, not sure if it had been on the cake also.... and this is not the first time!!! Previous to this a ****roach ran on the glass and this was within the same year!!! I did not complain, I looked past it but a Second time, then there's definitely some cause for concern!. I understand everyone took a hit during covid 19 and now with the floods.. but atleast get the place sprayed and clean for people to eat at!!!!. After killing the ****roach, I called for the manager, before I could take out a picture, it was wiped and removed off the table... if there's ****roaches where patrons are, imagine what is going on in the kitchen? Further more, ****roaches live and feed off faeces... This is a absolute health hazard . When asked to speak to the owner of the restaurant because the manager just said he's sorry which was okay but I needed to inform the owner of how horrible this is, they were not willing to give me a call or take a call.. The staff were great but the owner could not even speak to a customer requesting to speak to him/her!!!. Because the manager just apologized, I did not want anything in return but they needed to hear it from the customer as to how dirty the restaurant is!!. And while speaking to the manager,another ****roach flies around the restaurant... My gosh, how many more could there be? There is an infestation of them there!!. I waited long enough to speak to the manager up until i paid my bil and left. There was 20 people present... you can imagine the bill!. Im disgusted and I will never return. I did not eat my food, I left it because who can eat not knowing what could be in your food!. To the owners reading this, your service was not good, I was really unhappy after numerous requests to speak to you, each time i got told that I will get a call any time now... guess what? Its now 21:05pm and I still have not received a call. You guys have no heart towards customers and this is sad. I ordered the big catch platter, I did not receive my sauce and I received my food late.. The waiters need to take patrons orders by name so it is not forgot and who received their food or not because everyone else received their food except me and i waited a further 20 minutes when I asked the waiter... and the store was empty... i was there from 2:30pm till 8pm and there was under 5 families that came in!... So what was difficult to handle? What was so hard to do? The staff stand at the door and watch one person serve a table of 20? Thats not fair... what happened to team work? I understand you guys work off tips.. but atleast help a fellow team member.. help them, if the store is empty, help each other out.. Teamwork makes the Dreamwork guys. I am feeling sick just thinking of this. Never again, just never again!! Not until that place is sprayed and can guarantee me that its safe to eat in.
