**** ROACHED ICE BLOCK

So on July 26 2017 myself and my family went to John Dory's restuarant in Somerset Mall.. We arrived about 18:30 got help by a waitress who proceeded to take our order, we then first placed a order of a stater along with beverage which was (1 draft of beer,1lipton ice tea in a can,1glass of water and 1 Liqui fruit juice in a can ). We were then served with our beverages first, our waitress wanted to proceed with pouring the Liqui fruit juice into my glass and I had said no its okay as im going to be drinking the water first. Moments after we recieved our bevarages we were served with our starter which was creamy cheese prawns i think ( husband placed the order) along with dite size bread.. We had then eaten from this starter along with drinking my water and husband drinking his beer and my daughter drinking her Ice tea from the can..With in moments my husband had noticed ther was something off about my glass that had ice blocks in (which was for my juice to be poured into) he then picked up the glass and noticed something was inside?????? What was that You may ask? A ****ROACH, A DARN ****ROACH was in my glass I was meant to drink out of!!!!! I was so disgusted that I looked at my husband in shock and could'nt believe what we had just seen, I had to look again to see if this was like real and yes it was UNFORTUNALTY it was ... We then got up to find the manger as I was not about to just sit at this place and have a meal in disgust (We did order our main course yes,moments after our waitress served the bevarages) We did not find a Manager as apparenlty he or she was not there. we then showed 3 waiter's what we just saw..My husband was about to pay for what we just drank and ate ( starter) merely because no manager was present we decided to leave. This store we sat down to have a lovely meal turned out disgustinlty horrible , and that for a place that is not even open for to long in this Mall a couple of months maybe..
