Regrettable Experience at scottburgh John Dory's.

I regret to share that my recent visit to John Dory's was incredibly disappointing.

The service was exceptionally slow, and despite clear instructions for separate billing, our orders were mixed up, leading to unnecessary confusion during payment.What's more disheartening is the subpar quality of the food served. Not only were the dishes incorrect, but one of our party fell ill from undercooked fish, requiring urgent medical attention the following day.

This experience was distressing, especially from a restaurant of this caliber. It's concerning that such basic aspects of service and food safety were overlooked. We are extremely dissatisfied.

I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements to prevent others from facing similar distress. I'll also be forwarding this to the main office and management for their attention.
