Recieved incorrect order

Ordered on Uber eats received 4 prawns short when I called in the Waiteress gave me an attitude advised me that "when iam around I can come in for the 4 prawns" I live in Durban I drove to P. E once off as I am actually driving to Cape Town tomorrow where do I have time to go to John dory for 4 prawns when they was supposed to have given it to me on my initial order. No sense of care, not apologetic rude and cut the call on me. Absolutely ridiculous and has not been addressed. I then called back the manager is on the line and then assisted me which still doesn't justify what went wrong and the poor service.
