Raw food

My husband went to a John 's to buy take aways for me. When he got home, I was excited because I was craving seafood all week. I was very disappointed when I opened the box because the hake and calamari was almost raw, spiced but raw. I had to stand in the kitchen and cook the food myself. I expected so much only to get so little. Im very disappointed and I doubt I will ever buy at john dorys.
