Poor Service

Took my family for a Sunday Lunch at John Dory's Restaurant, Hemmingways Mall East London.

Very Poor Service from their staff... Waited for 45 Min to be attended to, while the place was visibly empty. Got my order wrong. Kids Chicken Strips over-cooked, this service was is so poor that other patrons got upset with staff.
