Poor quality, disappointing food and service

For the 1st time since lockdown we decided to go eat out as a family. We saw your Prawn special and as we are all seafood fans we decided on your Springs mall branch. What a disappointment!! I put the peri peri sauce all over my food and the next moment the bottle looked like a volcano as the sauce just boiled over, I called the general manager and he said it’s because the sauce stand in the open! He did exchange my plate of food, when it came back I found pieces of prawn tail etc in the rice, I’m sure it’s not part of the rice?? On top of that all 3 of our plates had rice on that had a sour taste to it. My daughters prawns were not cooked properly. Is that why the prawns are on special? So you can clear your stock?? My wife received her food way after the rest of us already started eating. A year not visiting any restaurant and we were so looking forward to this outing, what a disappointment!
