Poor management skills and unpleasant customer service

John Dorys Northgate mall , Unpleasant customer service as I was assisted by a manager who seemed lazy to can meet my needs…why are you guys partnering with Sasol knowing very well you’ll be lazy to assist us when we buy our tokens/vouchers from Sasol…I have never seen a restaurant punching a voucher number before punching a meal and comes back to say it’s not working …obviously how will it work /deduct the voucher amount whilst you did not punch in the customers order…

Management needs more training when it comes to customer service since she’ll a leader to her team… this happened on the 24 July 2025
