POOR EXPERIENCE

Definitely not a great experience. Started off with a pathetic waitron and terrible service. The manager @Tracy did a much better job with the service but then the food arrived. Cold rice and raw calamari. So much for birthday celebrations. You let us down John Dorys @The Glen. #neveragain
